How To Use Makeup
For A Healthy Glow

Use concealer to lighten dark spots
Use a concealer that is a shade or two lighter than your skin tone. Apply a little bit of the concealer from the outer area of your eyes to the corners of your nose. This will lighten dark areas, including any dark circles under your eyes, and provide a great base for a brighter look.
Try white eye shadow
Use a shimmery white or pearl eyeshadow on your brow bone and at the inner corners of your eyes. Also apply it lightly under your lower lash lines. The shimmer of the eyeshadow reflects light, brightening the area around your eyes.
Make your eyes pop
To make your eyes stand out, line your inner lash lines with white eyeshadow . Use a black or brown eyeliner on the outer edges of your top eyelash lines. This will make your eyes pop, giving your face a brighter, refreshed appearance. Topping this off with a coat or two of mascara completes this bright-eyed look.
Pout those shiny lips
Applying a shiny lip gloss — preferably a peach, pink or coral hue — will complete your look. If you prefer a lip stain for longer wear, try using a clear gloss on top for shine. Even if you wear hardly any makeup during the day, having that shine on your lips reflects light and instantly brightens your face.
Blush bright
Sweeping peach, coral or pink blushes over your cheekbones is a great way to instantly brighten your face. Like lip colours, these bright shades are perfect for spring and summer, as they highlight your cheekbones, giving your face a nice overall glow. Cream blushes are a better option for that natural, sun-kissed glow, as they reflect light really well.
