Madonna's 1990 naked photo sold for $24,000!

Who knew that rolling around in bed nekkid for a photographer could be so profitable?

What a blast from the past — a photo of Madonna sans clothes, taken in 1990, fetched nearly $24,000 at a New York salesroom!

An anonymous collector bought the black-and-white photograph depicting Madge in bed — hardly covered by a sheet — smoking a cigarette for a mind-blowing $23,750! That's approximately three times its estimated worth.

"Madonna was posing for a number of photographers at the time this was taken in the 1990s when she was in her early 30s.

"She was going through a phase of having bleach blonde hair and heavy, dark eye makeup that gave her a dramatic look — and of course she has a gorgeous body," stated Judith Eurich, who works at Bonhams (the salesroom that sold the photo).

So, ladies, the lesson here is this: Be proud of your birthday suit and keep them naked photos close at hand. You just never know when an opportunity comes a-knocking… Right?
